As a leading independent residential letting agent covering the South Manchester area, gas safety is always of paramount importance. In January 2008 we were introduced to Heatwave and have never looked back. Their maintenance contracts for the boilers and gas appliances within our properties have been invaluable and their service and customer care is second to none.
Almost 80% of our properties are now covered and after experiencing the worst two winters on record in recent years, we can vouch for their excellent response times which vastly outperformed other companies offering similar services. A brilliantly run company, with helpful and friendly staff who always put the customers’ requirements first. Following a leak from a header tank in the loft at 1.15am, I notified Heatwave who attended first thing the next day to temporarily repair the issue until a replacement valve could be sourced. Just a few hours later and they were back in contact, ready to fit the new part and repair the leak for good. The engineers are punctual, polite and extremely tidy and the quality of work is outstanding. I cannot recommend Heatwave enough!

– the annual service is carried out to my convenient time and appointment times are kept
